This holiday treat uses the milk from our certified organic, 100% grass-fed cows and is closer in taste and nutrition to homemade versions.  We use real ingredients and a simple, traditional recipe: organic cream with egg yolks, a bit of organic evaporated cane juice and a dash of nutmeg!  We go light on the sugar and emphasize the rich creaminess of the whole milk and cream.
